Accessibility Statement

Effective date: July 8, 2026

Pauza Spine Institute is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our website, forms, and communications channels.

Conformance status

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities and is the accepted benchmark for public-facing healthcare websites. We are not yet fully conformant with every WCAG 2.1 AA success criterion, and we continue to remediate identified barriers.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review our website, forms, and outbound communications — including phone calls and text messages — to identify and remediate barriers. We have deployed an accessibility widget on our website that lets visitors adjust display and navigation settings, and we continue to improve the underlying page code so accessibility does not depend on the widget alone.

Automated calls, AI voice, and text messages — accommodation for deaf and hard-of-hearing patients

Pauza Spine Institute uses automated outreach, including AI-generated voice calls and SMS text messages, to respond to inquiries from prospective patients. If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or otherwise cannot use standard voice telephone service, you have the following alternatives:

  • Telecommunications relay service. Dial 711 to reach us at (214) 550-0524 via your state’s relay service, including TTY, video relay, or IP relay.
  • Email. Contact us at [email protected] and we will respond by email or another format you request.
  • Opt out of automated outreach. Reply STOP to any text message, or tell our AI assistant that you need a human. All future communications will be routed to a human patient liaison.

Reporting accessibility barriers

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website, forms, or communications, please tell us. We welcome your feedback and will use it to improve.

  • Phone: (214) 550-0524
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Mail: 2911 Turtle Creek Blvd, Suite 925, Dallas, Texas 75219

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.

Third-party content and services

Some content on our website is provided by third parties — for example, embedded video players, financing partners, and imaging upload services. We select vendors that publish an accessibility commitment, but we do not directly control third-party accessibility. If you encounter a barrier caused by third-party content, please still let us know using the contacts above and we will work with the vendor or provide an alternative.

Formal accessibility complaints

If you would like to file a formal accessibility complaint related to a public accommodation, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, at ada.gov.
